OXYPLAST PE51/TRM is a TGIC-free semi-matt outdoor durable powder coating that is obtained by a dry-blend of a special matting binder masterbatch.
OXYPLAST PE51/TRM shows good outdoor durability. However, OXYPLAST Belgium did not start the Qualicoat certification procedure for this coating.
• Density (g/cm³) (DIN 55990/3): 1.40 – 1.60 ± 0.05 (depending on gloss)
• Particle size distribution: Suitable for electrostatic application
• Storage: Dry, max. 30 °C: at least 1 year
• Application: With Corona gun or Tribo gun / Film thickness: min. 80 µm
• Curing schedule: 10 min. at 200 °C (metal temperature)
This curing temperature is necessary for obtaining the specified gloss and mechanical properties.
